Who are we?
The founder and the team realized that there are so many underrated, but amazing Borneo products yet to be seen or known by the world. We created a platform to showcase the best natural products made in Borneo.
Our debut product is the EGF-II Edible Bird's Nest Liquid Form. Edible bird's nest is reputed for its health benefit but a lot of people were put off by the tedious cleaning and cooking of the bird's nest. Though there are a lot of "instant" edible bird's nest in the market, be it in concentrated form or ready-to-drink form, but none of the products in the market actually fulfilled modern people's ultimate desire of convenience, effectiveness and value of money. Being the World's First Edible Bird's Nest Extract Liquid, EGF-II is a cutting-edge product of when traditional remedy meets innovative technology.

What Bird’s Nest do we use?
We uses 100% natural clean house bird’s nest sourced from the cleanest and most natural environment in Borneo.

For the best result, consume EGF-II twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, for the first month. For each intake, pump 3 to 4 pumps (approximately 1ml) into mouth and slowly swallow.
For consecutive months, consume EGF-II once a day, preferably at night, as your daily skin care and health maintenance routine. For each intake, pump 3 to 4 pumps (approximately 1ml) into month and slowly swallow.

How long can 30ml EGF-II last?
30ml is good for up to 30 days if consume once a day everyday. Every ml of EGF-II is equivalent to 2.5g of raw bird's nest.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery with standard shipping rates.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped the following Tuesday.
Orders made within Malaysia are delivered within 14 days. Orders outside Malaysia are delivered around 20-30 business days (depending on customs clearace). We will always try out best to beat your expectations.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for the re-shipment cost equal to the cost of shipment for the order. If the package is returned and a refund is requested, then a refund excluding the shipping fee will be processed.

Preorders (if applicable)

We accept Preorders for products that have been sold out of stock. We clearly indicate on the top of our website as well as in the checkout process when we are out of inventory and are only accepting Preorders for a future ship date.

Due to unexpected surges in demand and to guarantee the supply, payments are immediately processed upon Preorder placements to ensure the order is processed.

You may wish to cancel for a full refund at any time 24 hours prior to your Preorder ship date. Please email lowiib.intl@gmail.com for cancellations or for any shipment updates.

Damages and issues
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lowiib.intl@gmail.com within 7 business days from receiving the item with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number. We will let you know on the return process once we have received your email. Please allow 7 business days for the process.
